The manufacture vinyl, which had a foam-type backing, disintegrated on me a couple of years ago. I have not been able to locate anyone to install new material in the aft cabin. Looking for any ideas. Detroit area

I simple idea is removing old headliner, cleaning and painting? I did it and it's really clean
