Fibre Glass Gel-Coat
Paul-- Everyone hates those foam headliners. All the new boats just have a smooth fibre glass finish. If you have the time and skills or the $$$'s that is probably the best way to go but this is a big project. When you start looking the the amount of work required gluing in another foam headliner starts to look like a petty good option! Let us know what you end up doing. Good Luck. --Dan
