I uploaded a photo of the 3-D drawing I did for Bella's new stainless steel head tank to Bella V2620. The original idea for the tank came from Good Things, with a couple small changes to maximize the available space. One could probably make the same tank out of poly, but I'm not sure of the structural integrity of the standing pipes in a poly tank.
The installation went extremely well, considering it was 6 degrees F (-14C) at the time. I had a small heater to heat up marine grade sanitary hoses enough to make them easier to cut and install. The actual installation came from a combination of the KISS method (website available upon request) and Nigel Calder's design for a tank above the water line. The tank is about 16 gallons US.
All of the finished woodwork is cut and waiting for Spring for installation. We want to paint before we install. I'll post some pictures of the project and the final installation in the spring.
I also have an ISO view of the tank, and both ISO and 3D views in Google Sketch.
My thanks to everyone who contributed ideas to the design and installation!
