head stay length 23 poptop

Tanzer 25 25 peconic bay
can anyone tell me how long of a front stay i need to order for my 1972 23 poptop. i am eliminating my pain in the ass roller furler and will need a new stay. thanks, vic

heard back from rudy at dr marine, he doesnt have specs on the 23 poptop.anyone have the length of the forestay?

Most riggers use the old part to measure for the new part. Maybe you could remove the furling rig and measure it. Might want to run a halyard to the stem fitting while the furler is removed.

Vic,
Why don't you remove the furler from the stay and take the stay off and bring it to a rigger? He'll make you up a new one at the same length with the toggle fittings on it.
