Head room

Need to ask question of this knowledgeable crew...I am searching for my first boat.I want the trailerable,water ballast,centerboard,inland and off shore sailingOf course I need some head room 6' 3"...286 lbs.I would like to keep it in 5 to 7 k price range..I've leant so much just reading the posting.
Often things never mentioned in class room.
Can you guys give me an idea which boat in your opinion fits my needs.Txs in advance

The boat you're looking for probably doesn't exist. I'm 6' 3" and a good 50 pounds lighter than you, and even in Hunters, which as a fleet seem to have the best headroom around, I need to get into a boat larger than 34 feet to feel that I have ample room to walk around. I don't think you're going to find that in a trailerable boat. Nor is it likely to find a trailer boat in the $7k range that's going to be offshore capable, at least not to most people's standards.
