Head Room and Fixed Keel Draft ?

Could someone tell me the headroom in a 1972 22 Catalina ? And the one that I'm looking at has a fixed keel, what should the draft be ?
Anything in particular I should be on the lookout for ?

Hey Dad.
The fixed keel should be: Fin keel-3'6", and Wing keel-2'6".
And headroom 4'3" with hatches closed if I'm not mistaken.
