When I did mine it took 28 ft of the 1 1/2 hose and 8' of the 3/4 for the vent hose. Mine had the y valve and divirter also, all original. I still am regrowin skin on my knuckles 3 years later. Be prepared to enlarge the hose holes with a grinder or other means as the new trident hose I used was a very tight fit through the holes they had for the old poly hoses.

I did mine but we have no diverter we are in Lake Michigan so I only needed 12 feet. But what he said ENLARGE the holes I took the head caninet out. You will also need to cut a hole in the liner next to the deck fitting to get the clamp off. I used a hole saw 1 and 1/4 inches in dia and bought a white plastic hole plug to refill the hole so now I can redo them anytime. Did I mention ENLARGE THE HOLES AND SLOTS.
