My head door does not want to latch, it appears that the wood part of the compartment has moves or shrunk slightly. Anyone else have this problem and how did you solve it?
My door had a similar problem - so I looked at the way the latch mated up to the cutout in the jamb. The latch appeared to be hitting the jamb a little too high and not entering the hole meant for it. So I removed a little wood from the jamb on the upper edge of the hole - bit by bit - until it would latch again.
