If that does not work, I suggest you try e-mailing the commodore of Santa Monica Windjammer's Yacht Club to get in contact with Ron Orr; boat Fast Reorrg. I sailed on that boat before he owned it and got a demo of how the water ballast tanks worked, but it was too long ago for me to hazard advice here. One of the best all time fast cruising boats; have fun!
