Hi Sean, The issue with replacement hatches for our boats (the H25 and H27 use the same hatch) has been covered at length in the archives... My solution was to replace the hatch with a Lewmar Ocean 60 deck hatch. There are two models available; one with a flange, and one that flush mounts. You'll need the flush mount variety, and it'll just fit over the opening in your deck. I posted photos of my replacement job in the photo forum in December 2000.
