Help! I have a 1977 Hunter 25 with the original smoked lexan/polycarbonate domed V-berth hatch cover that is broken (see attached). The hatch is a 25” x 23” trapezoid about 24” long and 2-3” deep. The cover seals directly against the deck (ie it does not have a frame) – can you make a replacement, and if so, how much and how long will it take? Does anyone have a replacement for it? The deck has a 1.5" wide by 1" high "bump" all the way around the hatch opening which would have to be ground down to fit any "off the shelf" replacement hatch. Thanks Ian Smith
