Help! I have a 1977 Hunter 25 with a smoked lexan/polycarbonate domed V-berth hatch cover that is broken (see attached). The hatch is a 25” x 23” trapezoid about 24” long and 2-3” deep. The cover seals directly against the boat (ie it does not have a frame) – can you make a replacement, and if so, how much and how long will it take? Does anyone have a replacement for it? Replace the unit
if like mine, it was a factory unit, and nolonger availale. Check archives, there is a good artical on a Bomar replacement. Maybe you could grind it down and glue a piece of plexiglass to whats left
