Hatch cover needed for 23ft O'Day

The hatch cover has been damaged and needs to be repaired or replaced for my 1981 23 ft Oday. I have called many of the places in the tri state area that sell hatch covers however i have not had any success so far. D and R (who has stockpile of Oday parts) gave me advice but did not have part or know someone who could repair or replace it, same with Hatchmasters.
Any suggestions on who could build a new one. Thank you

You are talking about the fiberglass sliding top part or the boards, or rails, or...

By tri-state, you mean New York, New Jersey, and New Connecticut?

I can't believe there aren't fabricating shops all over the place that can do the job. Try googling boatyards and look for ones that build or repair custom boats. If that doesn't work, a straight-up custom fabricating shop should be able to help. In either case, someone should know someone who can help.

If you are referring to the companionway cover you can probably repair it.
