Has this boats engine been changed?

I'm looking at buying a 1993 Hunter 28. It has a yanmar 10 hp in it. Did they make one with a 10hp or do you think some one changed it?

My '91 H28'

Had the 18 horse yanmar 2gm20f engine. I think it would help if you knew the make/model number of the engine in the boat, the more info the better. Regards. Bruce. Neon Moon
