My Harken roller furler rotates, but there is about an 1/8 of the turn where it seems to bind up and go "clunk" on every rotation. I have not furled up the sail yet because of this. I just take the sail down at the end of the day. It is a H23 and the standing rigging is tight, so I can not imagine the headstay is loose. Any ideas? Bill Leathen
