Does anyone know how the mainsheet swivel cleat that is on the centerboard cap is mounted on the c/b cap/trunk? How do I replace this screw that connects the swivel cleat to the c/b top? Is it some kind of adhesive? It definitely does not unscrew. This is for an oday widgeon that I wanted to replace the wood that the swivel cleat is mounted to... thanks
