As stated, the raised areas have an aluminum block encapsulated in the fiberglass which is drilled and tapped as noted where the jam cleat is. Inside the cabin are two cover plates one for the port outboard stanchion and the other large square for the winch as it is bolted underneath. What I use to do is to remove the fixed jam cleat and use to install a cam cleat that could lock the sheet line going thru and raising would release it. I found that a shim had to be used so you could pull the line thru and down to lock it down which the manufacturer did make. I believe it was Spinlock but there may be another variation of that by another mft. Later a swivel cam cleat came out which I used for the jib sheet. They are referenced in the archives on this site. OK GUYS, HELP ME OUT AND GIVE THIS FELLOW THE PRECISE MFG. AND SKEW NUMBERS. Not sure if this site sells them but do inquire. I hope this sells.
As for a larger genoa the answer other than the supplied 110 jib lapper is all that you can do and suggest you purchase an a symmetrical spinnaker for lighter airs. I have already stated why earlier.
