Try this type instead
You might want to think about a different type of bracket. Plus it's cheaper than the one you showed. The one that you show in your link is a pain (I had one) in that you have to turn the anchor upside down to hang it (muddy hands). The type that I recommend (see link) mounts at the bottom of one of your pulpit stanchions so that, after hauling up the anchor, you just slip one of the anchor's rectangular "ears" into the bracket while holding the anchor by its shank, which is the part that you will naturally grab first (and is usually pretty clean). Removing the anchor is also simpler.I use a short piece of shock cord to hold the shank against the stanchion. The same manufacturer makes a similar bracket that mounts on the rail but it suffers from the same drawbacks as the version you found.
