H466 water pump impeller/alternator belt

Has anyone figured out the easiest way to access these two critical components, the water pump impeller and alternator belt? I think the 460s and 466s have the same engine box.

Mike: We ended up cutting an opening and installing an inspection door for our 3JH. I refused to remove the starter to change the impeller.

Don't know if you have a JH motor, but the engineers screwed up this part of these models.
