H44 DS Deck Light

Yes, I have replaced the same light on my H41. One time the contacts were corroded and as soon as I loosened the screw it came on. However the other times the light was burned out. If you can find the LED replacement, I would go with it. The original bulb has a filament and I believe the jib beats up the fixture in heavy air and the filament breaks.

I have had my original anchor light burn out on my H41 DS. Replaced with Hella LED when mast was down. Strongly suggest you change your decklight to an LED. I did and the amount of light it puts out is truly amazing.

Well, a deck light is nice, but what you really want are the Lumitec dual color spreader lights. You can have the color in red, or blue (which is what I have)
The deck lighting is amazing, and it's also dimmable. But the blue lighting is really neat!

I replaced it on my 44AC with an LED no problems a simple switch.
