Has been a lot of months when i come back to the boat and the gray water tank is full, i was thinking before that was coming back from the pump so i closed the discharge valve. The same problem occurred. This last week i used 4 continuous day of navigation and the level remain low. But after that i leaved another week the boat and we had a lot of rain and when i come back i see the tank full. So my best guess is that there is a connection between rain and the problem. Do you have any clue ? I have been reading about the diagrams and the only thing i see in differences is that my blige discharge is on the starboard side instead of the stern. Any clue ?

You should have (2) bilge discharges, (2) on the stern for the manual and high water pump, one on the starboard side for the general bilge pump. Do you discharge overboard through the macerator pump? if so close the discharge valve the next time you leave the boat and see how that goes. If not, is the macerator pump valve open? close it then see what happens.

I ALLWAY CLOSE THE MACERATOR DISCHARGE VALVE,

As an experiment I would shut off the fresh water valve under the galley sink when you leave the boat and see if it makes a difference.

@Valerio how certain are you that when you pump out you are actually emptying the tank? I know the gauge can be very inaccurate, and if your vent is plugged you won't be able to empty the tank. The vent on the Starboard side is rather small and it has been suggested to me to change it out for a 1" vent, I had a mud wasp plug it up and when that happened I was not able to empty the grey water tank.

I HAVE GONE ON THAT, TAKE OUT THE GAUGE AND IS WORKING VERY GOOD, ALSO I HAVE PUMP OUT AND OPENED THE GAUGE AND MY TANKS LOOK EMPTY.

You call the tank a "gray water" tank..."Gray water" is galley, bath and shower water....toilet is waste is "black water." Not saying this to criticize you, but because I'm wondering if your sinks and/or shower drain into that tank. If so, your toilet may not be the source of the water that's filling the tank. (Gray and black water aren't supposed to share the same tank, but we can deal with that problem after we solve this one.)

Thanks you are correct and there is no connection between the two of them.

This is a real mystery, both heads have Jabsco quiet flush, turn the switch on, you get water, move the rocker switch you evacuate the water into the tank. The tank should not and by the sounds of it, is not connected to anything else.
There is a pump out line and line which goes to the macerator pump to a through hull. The discharge line from the tank has a "Y" valve which directs, "Black Water' to either the outgoing macerator pump or the pump out line. The tank has a vent line which is a through hull fitting on the starboard side, right next to the bilge discharge line.
Is it possible that the PO (previous owner) switched those lines? as they are right next to each other. You could run a hose in your bilge and let the bilge pump run while you keep an eye out at the level in your Black Water tank.

If i run the bilge pump i see on starbor side the discharge of water, i have never see the Y valve on my boat, this is an option ? must be located only below the front head sinc ? because i have not another through hull valve for this. I only have the macerator exit.

Your Macerator discharge valve is leaking.
My best guess...

Here is why I am guessing this.
1) Macerator discharge valves are below the boat's static water line.
2) If the valve is not sealed, it will slowly flow backwards and slowly fills the Hold Tank.

There is no GREY water tanks on Hunter boats.
Jim...
