H37c Mast Boot and Mast Wedges

Any suggestions for alternative products rather than from Rigrite. I have been waiting for replacement for 8 months for: 5280 Mast Boot - Special for Hunter 37: K-5280B-H37 or Mast Boot for 5280 Standard Deck Collar: K-11260BS or anything that might do the job to no avail. The standard reply for 8 months has been " on back order" I also need wedges i.e. Mast Wedge – Small Rubber: NGA-18: or Mast Wedge with Flange: K-77509-24" (preferred), same story " on back order".
It's time to float and their ain't no hope from Rigrite

As a follow up does anyone have the circumferences of the mast and collar for the H37c. I'm overseas and do not have access for taking measurements. I have found a potential replacement from Defender in the following 3 sizes, just need to figure out which to order. Also has anyone tried this product.??

I realize it may not be as pretty, but ever considered using a piece of an inner tube and 2 large hose clamps?

BTW, mast circumference is 22".

Unless a sleeve is added to the partners plate, there is nothing to which to hoseclamp a boot. I assume Rigrite is "back ordered" on the rubber sleeve which takes the place of wedges. There is a pour in place product available which is supposed to work well.

I welded an aluminum strap to the mast collar so I could clamp the boot. I am using a standard mast boot from Defender cut to size and making a paper patern so I can sew a sunbrella cover.
Sorry but I dont seem able to post a pic from my I pad so if you go to my mast page you can see the modified collar.

Has anyone tried making a sleeve to attach the mast boot by using hardwood encased in 3M 5200.??
