Does anyone know where I could acquire line drawings of a H37C..including hull, sails, rigging? Thanks, Curtis

Have pages from the original brochure.

Not sure what you are looking for Curtis. You can see what I have on the Cherubini photo site(http://albums.photopoint.com/j/AlbumIndex?u=204587#a=1888331). Be sure to replace the '#' sign with a real ampersand which will not display on this forum. If the two pages that have the H37C outlines would be useful I can send you the originals. Ed, Thanks, exactly what I was looking for. I am also very interested in copies of any other original documentation you might have. I already have the electrical diagram -- any thing else? Thanks, Curtis

Line drawings

Curtis, I have a copy of the original one page flyer that Hunter put out on the 37c. It has line drawings and specs on one side. I didn't see this particular flyer on the site Ed referenced which has quite a collection. If you post a snail mail address i would be happy to send you a copy. I also could scan it in and e-mail a jpeg to you. Frank *sv Stargazer

Frank If you have a drawing that's a side view and includes the sail plan, I'd love to have a copy too if you're willing :) . My address is PERSONAL, John Reid, %AP, 50 Rockefeller Plaza, NY, NY 10020. FYI, I have 11x17 drawings of the steering, plumbing and electrical systems. I don't have them scanned but I've sent photocopies to several fellow H37c owners. Shout (w/ your smail address) if that's something that would be useful to you. Thanks, John Reid Cheese 'n Crackers

In the mail

John, The brochure I have is a one pager that Hunter used to market the boat. I put a copy of the side thatt has sail plan and specifications in the mail to you. I would love to have any schematics you have of the boat. It seems like after a few owners and handy-dandy do it yourselfers boats wind up with a maze of wiring and add-ons, some good and some not so good. I would like to know what is Hunter and what is not. Frank SV*Stargazer

Address

Frank, I know what you mean. I just put my water heater back in the engine compartment (you don't want to know where it was) and I'm trying to figure out where the batteries originally went. (Where are yours by the way? Mine weigh 160 pounds and are up high in the starboard lazerette, next to the ice box, and I doubt that that's where they originally were.) Send me your mail address and I'll send you the schematics I have. If it's easier to email me directly, it's john.patti.reid@juno.com. Cheers, John Reid Cheese 'n Crackers

Original H37C battery location.

Not sure how this thread go into batteries(I have been away) but I do know the original location. It is under the icebox, sitting right on the hull. That is why I put Gels down there, so I would not need boxes and would not need to remove them in the winter. Two fit easily, the one under the battery switch is my starter battery and runs athwartships. I have a third on the shelf next to the icebox and mounting staps for a fourth next to it. All are strapped down and have those large rubber(red/black) insulators at the posts. Ed(schencked@bfusa.com)
