Has anyone added upper shelves/stowage to their V-berth? A lot of wasted space up there. A 6-8" shelf just below the ceiling would be a nice project. But attaching it looks challenging. I don't like drilling into the hull.

I saw a post on this the other day, and am racking my brains as to where. I think they built a thin framework that fitted, without screws, into the V berth snugly, so as they could put a shelf on top. Trying to find article. Could have been in Cruising World. Was thinking of the same thing myself, and will try an find the article and post

Do you have any shelves at all along the sides.
On my 07 H-36 Hunter has shelves along both sides of the vee berth supported from the front wood panel to the rear part of vee berth which has cabinets on both sides the bulkhead.
I store my dodger zip out panels aand a awning cover that I use over the front bow hatch all rolled up.
I kind of wish it was wider but it comes very handy storing all my dodger windows up out of the way.

We added shelves to both sides of the v-berth, supported at each end to cabinet and bulkhead, plus small supports that were fiberglassed to the hull. See pic.
