Has anyone reversed the hinge set up on this door, or changed the door style? Access is difficult with bed set up. Took a look around for similar project and only found an entire bulkhead renovation.
Thanks

Never occurred to me. Guess I don't use it at bedtime. Yours hinges right and opens from the left like mine I expect. And I use mine more during the day from in front of the sink. So it would seem that original is good for me.

Does your head door also have a latch point next to the sink? So you can close off the v-berth and leave the head and vanity open for guests I guess.

Hi Ed,

Mine hinges on the left and opens from the right, very cramped.

Yes the head door will latch by sink creating a decent size private area when using shower etc

My door is like jphud's - hinges on the left (aft), latch on the right (forward) - and I definitely plan to reverse this.

This may seem a silly idea, but if you really want access to this closet from any point in the "hallway"... Double doors?

What about a smaller hatch/door from the V-berth area into the closet? Don't some of the newer Hunters have passageways like this through the bulkheads to allow airflow and light?

Double doors is an interesting idea, but much more time-consuming than just switching hinge and latch locations.
