H36 head question

Anyone know what the original was - what fits the original bolt pattern?

Mine came with a Groco HF but when I removed there had obviously been something else there previously which I haven't been able to match thus far.

Head Mate

My 2007 H-36 WC Head Mate but many different heads were installed
depending what owner ordered and still have a complete Head Mate that
dealer changed after on my boat was a few months old.
I also have PHII like new used only fresh water flushing and now have Sea Era
electric and yes had to drill new holes and cover old holes.

Sorry. Can't believe I missed stating year etc. it's a 1980 Cherubini 36.
