H36 Faucet handle - bathroom

Does anyone know what company made the faucet for the 2008 H36 bathroom sink? I know I can buy a whole faucet from the chandlery, but all I need is one handle. The spline stripped on the hot side handle.

I checked the home improvement stores, but can't find a handle set with the correct stem size.

Didn't have them attributed to the 36, though.
