I have been attending PHRF ratings meetings for quite some time now. I had a lot of data together to present. I made up a spreadsheet based upon a Detroit Regional Racing Association formula (which my local PHRF is somewhat associated with.) If you want a copy of the spreadsheet (blank or with the 356 info), E-mail me and I'll send it. I ran the spreadsheet formula on a number of local boats, and it was coming with +/- 3 seconds of established ratings. BTW, they gave me a base of 144T, exactly what the formula came out to.
