H30 88-92 Holding Tank

In our 1990 H30, the holding tank was relocated to where the batteries compartment directly aft of the engine under the rear bunk. The batteries are in now the aft locker head locker, adjacent to the head, next to the sink.

The 12 gallon holding tank is actually a little too large for the aft bunk, and I'm thinking of putting the batteries back where they were. I'm also going to install a larger holding tank, just haven't decided where to put it.

H30 owners, where are your holding tanks, and how large are they?

I replaced mine on my old 30T. I had a custom 27 gallon tank made. It was installed under the back lazzerette. I cut a hole in the aft bulkhead to install the new one.

Look under the boat info tab for the h30 of your year then look for owner modifications. Brian Dick posted a nice article on replacing a holding tank a few years ago.
