H280 lead or iron keel?

I buying my first sailboat, a 1996 H280 in excellent cosmetic condition, w/ new sails in the past 2 yrs. The boat survey will occur next Saturday.

A few questions:

-does the 280 have an iron or lead keel? I've read conflicting information. How would I tell when looking at it, presence of rust?

-I don't think the standing rigging has been replaced--is this something I should do immediately? (I'll be sailing primarily in Puget Sound) Can a boat surveyor make a reliable assessment of this?

-any particular vulnerabilities of the H280 that I should ask the surveyor to target?

Thanks for any advice you can give.

Thanks Charlie. I did see that table of 280 specs indicating a lead keel, but I wonder how accurate that is, given that almost every other spec in that table is inconsistent with those in the H280 owner's manual. But the 280 owner's manual doesn't mention keel material.
