Hi all,
There have been a few threads about the Delrin "spacer" (the big giant washer) on the tiller post of the H27's...mainly where to get a replacement part.
Mine on my 82 literally fell apart; largely because the delrin they made these out of is NOT the UV stable compound they probably should've used.
I was going to get one machined from a block of Canvas/ Delrin UV stable laminate that I have, but somehow the pieces of my broken one have gotten misplaced.
Will someone be so kind as to give me the dimensions on these, if they have one? I need the thickness, the total OD, the ID diameter of the doughnut "hole", and the diameter and height from the bottom edge of the washer of the through hole for the bolt.
Since I had to buy a 12x12 sheet of the Delrin, I'd also be glad to get as many made as I can, and sell the others for my cost to help offset the machining and materials costs.
Thanks in advance!
Jim
