H27 cleat

My halyard cleat/block from the main and jib sheets is broken (doesn't stay up),do you know if I can repair it or need to buy a new one and what brand should I get .
I have a H27 81

Get same

If you can't find the make & model, suggest you dismantle and bring it to shop. If you change make/model, the mounting holes will not likely match hence you'll need to patch old and drill new holes.
