Has anyone experienced a short in the stern light wiring? I suspect it may be inside the stern stanchion post, where there is potential for chafing or damage during initial install. I'm reluctant to pull the wires to check, since re-routing appears to be a real bear. Has anyone replaced these before? Thanks!
