Can any of you Hunter 260 owners identify this part? I found it in the pantry and it matches the interior wood, but I can't figure out where it belongs. TIA.

companion way slats

Maybe somebody changed the type of door you currently have but my 260 has two wooden slats(similar to those posted) and two acrylic slats. Michael

I vote companionway hatch

Sure looks like companionway hatch to me. Angles are too steep to be anything else. Although it is not quite symmetrical and the scaring on the back is a puzzle.

Wow, did I screw up by not showing dimensions

Sorry, everyone - I think twalker has it right, and I apologize for not putting dimensions or reference sizes on that. The piece is only about 3" long! You're right, it does look a lot like the companion way slats! I apologize. Thanks!
