H260 - keel removal

Hello,

do someone know if the h260 keel can be removed with the boat on its trailer ; can it slide forward so a travel lift is not needed or hoisting a few feet up? I have already done the compression post removal and I am ready to unscrew the big bolt retaining the keel bracket with following well documented Pat Adam's "how to" in the knowledge base ;

Sir;

Some have been able to remove the centerboard while on the trailer but I err on the side of safety and suggest that you take the boat and have it lifted for your own personal safety. I know this boat too well and would hate to hear of any injury doing otherwise.
