Dodger (not exactly)
What I have is not what I'd call a dodger, which normally covers the full width of the cabin. As you suggest, such a dodger would pose access problems on a boat with no side decks. Instead, the companionway canvas covers the opening only. It goes over the hinged cover in the tilted-up position, has an aluminum frame to support the aft end (the frame fits in the holes in the slide rails) and has transparent side curtians which snap to the cabin top around the edges of the companionway opening. I don't use mine very often, and never while underway (it really restricts vision forward.) Sorry, I don't have a picture.
