Besides the price difference
Nate,The biggest difference will probably be the cost. At a recent boat show, the dealer quoted a base price on a new 260 that is higher than I paid for my 96 H26 with the the trailer, outboard and options. Some other differences, an improved water system, partial batten instead of full batten mainsail, mast support struts, deeper head floor to permit installing a marine head, improved ground tackle arrangement and bow roller. There is a locker above the galley, the Origo 2 burner stove haas been replaced by a 1 burner butane model. There is more wood down below, as they replaced the lexan fiddles with teak. I believe the head door got a teak veneer treatment, but I can't remember for sure. You also lose the opening ports in the head and above the galley. It may just be a matter of the deal you can finagle.Mike PajewskiH26 "Loon"
