I have a 1977 Hunter 25 with a smoked lexan/polycarbonate domed V-berth hatch cover that is broken (see attached). The hatch is a 25” x 23” trapezoid about 24” long and 2-3” deep. The cover seals directly against the boat (ie it does not have a frame) - where do I get a replacement? I called Hunter and they suggested Bomar. Can one be fabricated? I saw a posting on hunterowners.com that John Cherubini Jr had the original molds or would actually make one for a price, is this correct? Does anyone have a mold perhaps?

Google Hatchmasters or Select Plastics. They seem to know all about hatches and ports. They have helped me.
