H25 Swim Ladder Options

I have a 78 H25 and I am wondering what people use for a swim ladder. I currently have some ropes rigged up but would like to have either a folding ladder or something like the 4' one west marine sells. What are others using?

I have a factory ladder that pivots just below the gunwhale and resta against the sterm pulpit when raised. Unfortunately, on the h25 the stern is fairly narrow so ther is little opportunity for a split in the stern rail to allow access. We just climb over the stern rail to the ladder. It works well for us.
