My H25.5 has a sliding fibreglas top which runs on white teflon pieces. These this strips have come unglued and need to be reattached. Can anyone tell me what type of glue was used originally? Has anyone tried to use 3M 5200 to reattach these teflon slides? Thanks for your input. Mark sanford S/V Phoenix

Delron...for the record

Those should be Delron strips, not Teflon. Just for the record. Mine are held on by screws.

Slides???

Hey guys - I've got a 25.5 with NO slides. I'm supposed to have these? I knew things didn't look right. Sounds like these are strips located on the cabin tracks? Where can I get Delrin strips? Thanks.

Strip description

The white strips are about 1" wide by 1/16" thick and run the length of the hatch track. There is also a set glued to the hatch (hood) itself. They are very slick and help to make the hood slide much easier. I would certainly not want to go without them.
