I have a 1998 H240 and have noticed that the normal mainsheet attachment point at the boom is missing. I have one aft of the normal attachment point which is used for the reefing line and I have one fwd over the cabin hatchway. I have three questions.
1. Where can you purchase the slides and rings for the boom track?
2. Is there a problem with using either of the other two attachment points?
3. Do you need to use a specail type of pop rivits, or can you tap the holes and use a short screew (so it does not chaff the internal lines)?
