H23 Trailer tire size Please

Hello, I recently had my offer accepted on a 1985 H23 on a trailer that is a project boat. One thing I missed when I looked it over was the tire size and the boat is 2 hours away. Tires are bad. I need to order tires and take them to the boat when I go to bring it home. There's no place nearby that would have trailer tires without ordering them ahead of time. It's the standard H23 galvanized trailer. Could a H23 owner tell me what's the tire size? Thanks

hi, i just went over to my boat, an 88 hunter, only tire info i could come up with is G 78 - 14 S T, two wheel trailer, galv, 5 lug nuts per wheel, also for what its worth i would recco repacking or replacing bearings before 200 mile run, and would consider just having a tire shop near the boat replace tires and bearings at same time? seems easier to me altho more $ i am sure.

205/75/15 or 225/75/15
You can get away with load range C, but you should really get load range D tires.

In a pinch, you could pick these up at tractor supply co.

Thanks for the Info Guys I'm pretty sure the're the 15" and I know that I need a heavier load range. As I said I called to the tire shops nearby and they don't carry bigger trailer tires in stock and have to order them in. Now that I know the tire size maybe they can help, otherwise I'll buy some and take them to a shop just to be mounted. Thanks again and You'll probably be seeing my post regular while I get my new girlfriend cleaned up and back sailing.
