I have aquired an H23 swing keel 1985. I was confused by the way the lines exit the cockpit drain that control the swing keel. Is it true that one pulls the rope with the block and tackle to elevate thr keel? The other side without purchace lowers the keel? I own a Catalina 22 with a swing keel and this design appears very strange. Jake, is your boat a swing keel?
