h23 hatch screens,

I have seen some hatch screens on this site, I want to order one for our h23 but the boat is in storage and I have no access to it at the moment, can some one tell me whether they have used this particular screen , and also , what is the size of the hatch on a 89 h23, thanks as usual, Mike B

Do it yourself

Mike:I just took some plastic screen, 4 strips of self stick velcro, put em' together and the whole enchilada sticks to the underside of the hatch headliner. No muss no fuss and it doesn't clutter your deck.

Same solution on our h27

We had to add some ribbon backing beind the screen to keep it stuck to the velcro tape, but the system works just fine, and it doesn't interfere with the wind chute mounted above the hatch.

I have done the screen velcro thing, it seems to fall down , does this mean I need a widder velcro or what, thanks again MIke B

finer liner?

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....Velcro worked great for me too Mike. Could be that your liner carpet isn't as coarse as ours and hence doesn't work as well with velcro.
