H22 swing keel bushing

I need to replace the bushing for the swing keel, the old one is broken in half and is in bad shape, anybody out there know a place where i can get one, also, i noticed that the brackets that hold the keel to the hull are in upside down. Thats right, the bolt through the keel is exposed and the brackets are hanging down. I thought thats how it was when i got it and just replaced the hardware, but after looking around, some gomer put them in upside down, anyone ever hear of this being done intentionally?

Here's what I did...

My keel bushing was shot and after checking around online with no luck I just tool the old one to a Plastics Specialty Supplier and they made one for me. I think I remember paying aroud $50. Also the keel around my bushing was damaged because of wear so the bushing was very loose. When I installed the new one I reinforced the area around the bushing with epoxy. It has held up fine for over a year as I checked it recently. I hope this helps,Pete
