H216 Integral Adjuster

Does anyone have the Sailtec instructions on how to get the air out/add hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic cylinder that raises the keel on an H216? Can you Post them? I have seen a set of instructions that talk about holding the adjuster upright but I can't find head nor tail about it...
