H-340 anchor well: What is max chain/rode?

I'm planning having 60' of chain, and wonder how much additional rope rode the H340 anchor well will hold?

You should still have room for any reasonable amount of 1/2 inch or 5/8 inch line you desire...probably 300 feet or more. I have 25 feet of chain and 200 feet of line in my 340's anchor locker, and there is a significant amount of room left.

I've got 60 feet of chain and 200 of rope in mine. Plenty of room left over, I'd say you could get 300 feet plus the 60 feet of chain in pretty easily assuming you're not storing a little lunch hook in the locker too. You might actually need that much if you'll be anchoring out at the Channel Islands... Have fun!
