Some friendly neighborhood morons broke into my boat, and busted the plexiglas hatch instead of knocking the lock off. Bless their little hearts. Has anyone successfully replaced the hatch cover? It is smoked plexiglass with a slight molded curve in it. I can bend the teak supporting braces, but I'm not sure how to get the hatch itself to bend. I'd appreciate any help. Butch

Aircraft Canopy Shop

Try your local airport for information to a aircraft canopy shop. I once had custom windows made/molded out of UV Lexan they specialize in custom creations and are equipt with the right tools, vacuum gadgits and ovens. You maybe surprised on how inexpensive they are. Cheer's

You should have a local plastic shop that can replace it for you for a minimal charge. I had mine replaced in a plastic shop in Pensacola.
