In Penobscot Bay just off the Fox Island Thoroughfare, Perrys Creek is a popular anchorage for boats moving downeast. The creek is quite narrow and winds into the island where in this spot, we anchored with 7' LW.
At low tide, there is just barely enough space between the banks to swing.
