How to Install

Dave, these ARE beautiful, but at the risk of sounding ignorant, how are they mounted/installed? As shown, or upside down?

I would think that it doesn't matter - They look plenty strong. Though I would like to see a little more bearing surface (or a bearing in general), not just a hole for the pin to drop into.

that's always been my concern

with the stamped gudgeons, they're thin enough to wear a groove in the pintle.

Those look plenty thick compared to many I've seen, so maybe the wear factor will be reduced. But would be mice if they had a flanged hole.

Do you sell a matching pintle?
